Hendrik Goltzius (1558 - 1617)

THE STANDARD BEARER, STANDING, FACING LEFT. Hollstein 251, only state. Engraving, 250 x 128 mm (9 13/16 x 5 1/16") trimmed along the platemark, on paper with an Eagle watermark. Very good impression. Old horizontal centerfold, a skinned around edges on verso, one collector's stamp on verso has bled through the paper slightly in the lower right side of the legend.
