MUTTER UND KIND (VISION II) (Mother and child). 1913. Petermann 66, a proof touched with ink around the eye, nose, mouth and chin. Drypoint, 236 x 180 mm (9 5/16 x 7 1/16”) plus margins, printed with heavy plate tone on laid paper. Signed and titled in pencil by the artist. Fine, rich impression, much earlier than the impression illustrated in Petermann. Slightly toned, and with a short tear into margin edge at left.
